Minnesota Private Colleges (MPCCC)

Carleton College is one of 18 private colleges associated with the Minnesota Private College Career Consortium (MPCCC) and collaborates on a number of in-person fairs each year. See a full list of all 18 affiliated schools.

  • Government and Nonprofit Career Fair: Friday, October 25, 2024
    • This fair is open to students from all of the Minnesota colleges and universities and hosts over 85 organizations each year.
  • Minnesota’s Private Colleges Job & Internship Fair: Wednesday, February 19, 2025
    • Sponsored by the 18 private colleges in Minnesota. The event is held each February at the Minneapolis Convention Center and hosts over 250 organizations and 2,000 students.
  • Fall Recruiting Showcase: TBA, 2024
    • Carleton and St. Olaf joint event is open to first-years through seniors interested in learning about and making connections with our top business employers. Roughly 20 employers participate. The event is intended for all interest levels who are interested in a variety of opportunities.
