Susan Hammel '86 is CEO and Founder of Cogent Consulting PBC. In this role she provides financial and strategic consulting to social enterprise executives and key staff to sustain and grow their organization. Her professional experience includes time at Prudential Investment Corporation, the Ford Foundation, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Ashoka, and Delta Dental of Minnesota.

She majored in philosophy at Carleton and went on to receive her master of public policy degree from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Join Susan for a thoughtful conversation about how women Carls can succeed in the world of business.
