Since graduating from Carleton in 2014, Casey has worked as a software engineer and led teams in various sized companies and organizations, from large Fortune 500 institutions to small / medium sized start-ups. In 2017, he joined Amazon as a software engineer and grew to a team lead. A few years ago he transitioned to being a Software Development Manager, managing a team of software engineers. He has also managed software teams at Rivian. In addition to leading software engineering teams at Amazon, he is an interview bar raiser, and led 100+ interviews, ranging from recent grads to tenured candidates that are well into their careers.
