Tokyo Electron (TEL) Information Session
Tokyo Electron (TEL) is one of the world’s largest suppliers of production equipment to the semiconductor industry. We design and manufacture equipment used in the production of semiconductor devices that power everything from emerging technologies to everyday life. This is an exciting and growing global industry. TEL engineering teams focus on all aspects of equipment functionality including Electrical and Mechanical design, Research developing the chemistry and physics-based processes utilized by our customers, and Data and Software engineering.
TEL is actively hiring for Summer 2025 internships in the following areas and locations. Each internship includes hands-on project objectives and active 1:1 mentoring with senior engineers.
- Process Engineering (TX, NY, MA, MN, OR)
- Simulation and Data Engineering (TX)
- Electrical Engineering (MN)
- Mechanical Engineering (MA, MN)
- Manufacturing Engineering (MN)
- Software Engineering (TX, MA, MN, OR)
This session will be led by Christina Rathman ’97, a physics major from Carleton and current Director of Engineering for TEL. Luis Miranda Almanzar ’24 (Physics) will also be in attendance. Luis works in process development at TEL.
