The Kaleidoscope series provides Carls of color with opportunities to deepen their understanding of, and preparation for, the world of work as an emerging professional. Throughout winter and spring term, students from all class years can participate in a variety of informational events, skill-development workshops, and networking activities with professionals of color across a variety of industries. Kaleidoscope is a collaboration between the Career Center, Office of Intercultural Life (OIL), and TRIO/SSS.
