Palantir: How to Land a Software Engineer Internship or New Grad Role in Big Techs
Finding a great internship can be the key to launching a successful career, but navigating the process can be intimidating and overwhelming. In this event, sponsored by Palantir, you will learn about the tech internship recruiting process for big tech companies from start to finish. You will gain insights on how to stand out as a candidate, learn what to expect during the application and interview process, and find out how to make the most of your internship experience.
There will be a presentation on tech recruiting by current Carleton student, PJ Sangvong ’23, who interned at Palantir as a Software Engineer and is returning for a full-time role. Afterward, PJ will also share his experience as an intern at Palantir and why it is a great place to work at.
If you are a freshman, this is a great opportunity to get a head start on your job search and learn about what to expect during the recruiting process.
If you are a sophomore or junior, you will get an overview of what you should focus on in the current internship search, and why you should have Palantir as one of your options when you are applying for internships or new grad positions next cycle.
