Please join alumni David Stade '92 for a introduction to valuation discussion/course. David will tie together the concepts to fixed income (i.e. bonds) and equities.

David is a founding partner and brings over 25 years of real estate experience in both principal/ownership and advisory capacities, spending time at Citigroup and Eastdil before co-founding FD Stonewater. He co-leads the firm’s investment and asset management platforms and has participated in more than $3 billion of acquisitions, strategic advisory, and investment banking transactions throughout his career.

David will be doing a CarlsChat at 10:00 a.m. in the Alumni Guest House Library, please join him for both events.
