Join the Career Center for an interactive workshop on cultivating your professional network. Participants will learn how to: Utilize LinkedIn to effectively find and connect with professionals by employer, location, industry, or major; Compose personalized, first-contact emails and messages; Research their contacts to inform questions they ask to help steer the conversation.
By the end of the workshop, students will clearly understand how to engage in strategic networking to learn whether a particular career is a good fit and/or to become a stronger and more informed candidate when navigating the application process.
