Chase helps pharma and biotech companies understand healthcare providers patients through qualitative market research (e.g., in-depth interviews, analysis) to inform business strategy (e.g., optimizing advertising, sales rep strategy, medical device testing, marketing strategy). Market research is a great way for liberal arts (especially social science majors like psych and anthropology) transition into business without a lot of previous experience needed, just a passion to understand others and complex business challenges, strong writing skills and critical thinking. Happy to provide guidance and honest perspectives on my role as a mid-level project lead and the broader industry.
