Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance, Monday through Friday. Requests are reviewed during business hours Monday through Friday, so a request submitted on Saturday or Sunday will not be reviewed until the next business day (Monday). Visit our Studios page for more information on each space.

Studios are available for both curricular and extracurricular use. Please read our policies carefully before use and fill in the studio request form at the bottom of this page.

Studio Policies

  • Absolutely no standing, walking or skateboarding on the curved cyc wall or any studio tables.
  • Do not leave equipment in the studios. While it seems more secure than other spaces, many patrons use this resource and you may be affecting their usage.
  • Users must clean up after themselves and return studio equipment to their original places. This includes the lights on the roller stands and TV monitors.
  • Neatly coil any used cables, minimizing tripping hazards and damage to cables.
  • People using these areas are responsible for any theft, damage, misuse or lack of cleanliness.
  • No food or drink in all production studios and media labs. Water is allowed in a tightly sealed container.
  • Do not leave personal items, additional equipment, props, etc. in the studios. Items left behind will be taken to the Lost and found.
