Analyst Experience
Analysts work on matters related to antitrust and intellectual property litigation. An Analyst’s role involves researching and answering unstructured problems, analyzing complex data, summarizing data analysis, and creating demonstratives to be included in expert reports, used at trial, or presented to business and/or government constituents. Analysts also keep up to date with relevant economic, business, and legal literature and work side-by-side with experienced economists to execute state-of-the-art techniques in microeconomic and econometric analysis. In doing so, Analysts gain insight into many industries and develop close relationships with the in-house expert economists. In addition, consultants have the opportunity to develop client-interaction skills by participating in client meetings and assisting with business development opportunities.
