Towards a Warm Embrace Opening Reception

Thu, January 11, 2024 • 5:00pm - 7:00pm (2h) • Perlman Teaching Museum
Illustration of food, utensils, and an electrical cord, with the words: towards a wam embrace

Join us for an Artist Talk featuring Ezra Benus and Finnegan Shannon in the Weitz Cinema from 5:00-6:00 pm followed by an Opening Reception from 6:00-7:00 pm in the Perlman Teaching Museum.

The museum hosts Towards a Warm Embrace, a two-person exhibition of new and existing artwork by NYC-based artists Finnegan Shannon and Ezra Benus. Working together for the first time, their exhibition will focus on disability justice and accessibility practices with the underlying premise that access is something everyone has a responsibility towards.
