Professor Shahzad Bashir (Middle Eastern Studies, Brown University) will discuss the diverse understandings of time and temporality generated within and applied to the Islamic world. His lecture will also demonstrate the potential of born-digital publishing for representing complex, non-linear relationships in humanistic investigations.
