Surad Academy Tabling at Sayles
Surad Academy is a new charter school authorized to open in summer 2023 in Faribault, MN, just 20 minutes south of Northfield. The school’s board is comprised of highly successful individuals from education, health care, finance, and politics. The architect of the programming is an internationally celebrated education social entrepreneur whose schools have sent hundreds of students from Somaliland, officially part of Somalia, to global scholarships, including 7 Ivy league Universities, MIT, and Cambridge. Their focus is now on seeing this same level of results in Faribault.
