For example, at Convoy and Karkhana, I've identified opportunities, defined product strategy, and collaborated with design, engineering, operations to ship features that improve user adoption and retention. I also built my own business, Biruwa Ventures, and supported startups by keeping the user at the center, developed teams and partnerships to scale.
