Higher Ed Under Attack - How to Fight Back? - Film Viewing "The Encampments"

Join professors of the German department to watch (and discuss) the film The Encampments on April 17, 3:30-5pm in Weitz Cinema. This film connects student protests and the repercussions for higher education, events that have happened in Germany particularly in the 1960s and also right now. A following discussion from 5-6pm in the Weitz Atrium will pick up this topic and explore avenues to respond to the current challenges facing higher education in this country and German-speaking countries.

Come to both or either event!
