Pre Health possibilities poster with information also contained in calendar post.
We are hosting a Pre-Health Possibilities information session next Tuesday, October 8th, from 5:30-6:30 PM in Anderson 036 (basement atrium, near the Makerspace). Explore your options — there are SO many different paths you could take within the realm of healthcare, and we hope this session will inform and inspire you.
In the first half of the meeting, we will discuss what your Carleton and post-Carleton experience would look like if you pursued professions in the following fields: Human medicine, veterinary medicine, nursing, physician associate, dentistry, physical therapy, and public health.
In the second half of the meeting, we have invited representatives from several pre-health adjacent clubs and organizations to promote their activities and membership:
  • American Red Cross Blood Drive
  • Alzheimer's Buddies
  • Carleton CNAs (CCCE)
  • Carleton EMTs
  • CCCE
  • Doctors Without Borders
  • Minority Association of Premedical Students (MAPS)
  • Project Friendship
