Pop-Up Early Voting Day on Campus
Are you ready to vote? Vote early!
For the first time ever, students voting as Northfield residents are invited to cast their ballots on campus, thanks to early voting. Faculty and staff who live in Rice County and/or Northfield will also be able to vote early at this event. Please note: those living in other counties, except the Dakota County part of Northfield, will not be able to vote at this event, due to the different ballot types used in different counties.
Registration: Those who are not ready to vote on on the day of this event are welcome to come and register to vote. All students who have moved dorms/buildings since last registering need to update their voter registration.
If you live in Jewett, Rice, Page, Wade, Douglas and Parish, this early voting event is especially convenient. Otherwise, you vote at St. John’s Lutheran Church (300 3rd Street) on election day.
We'll have free popcorn to help celebrate this first ever "pop up" early voting day on campus! There's no need to vote to enjoy this free snack -- international students, employees who vote elsewhere, and all others are welcome to partake.
