Semaphore Repertory Dance Company Auditions
Come audition for Carleton College's Semaphore Repertory Dance Company! Semaphore is a dance company led by Dance faculty and students and is a space for those who love and dedicate time to dance. Every year we invite guest artist(s) to create pieces, which we then learn and perform at concerts.
About the auditions:
We will start with a warm-up, improvise, and then learn a short phrase during the audition. We will learn the phrase together. The auditions are for you to taste what it is like to join the Semaphore.
*Improvisation is all guided and requires no experience. It is a way to let people move freely and give us a taste of their movement style.
