Employee Retreat 2024: Looking Back, Moving Forward: An Appreciative Inquiry Into Carleton's IDE Journey
The IEC Division is responsible for creating the theme and content for this year’s Carleton Winter Retreat. To guide our reflections, we will use an appreciative inquiry approach. This method focuses on our strengths and encourages us to recognize and build on our successes. It will help us examine the College’s ongoing efforts to promote inclusion, diversity, equity, and community, allowing us to trace our progress from the beginning through 2024.
We invite you to celebrate key milestones with us and collaboratively envision how we can continue this important work in the future.
This event is part of the IDE Community Education workshops and will fulfil the IDE education requirement. Registration will be necessary.
