Moodle Upgrade to 4.2

We will be performing our annual Moodle upgrade on Friday, November 30th.

Moodle will become unavailable at about 2am on November 30th so that we can perform a full backup of the database and files.  After the backup completes, we will perform the upgrade and then make Moodle available for use again as early as we can.
