Keith Taylor is a London-born photographer and printer who now lives in Minneapolis. He uses photography to render landscapes, both real and imagined, playing with tensions between geography and experience. He is particularly interested in applying experimental technology to push the capabilities of handmade historical photographic printmaking processes.
Taylor's work has been widely exhibited across the U.S., the U.K., and Europe. He is also a five-time recipient of fellowships from the Minnesota State Arts Board, as well as being awarded a place in the Minnesota Center for Book Arts/Jerome Foundation mentorship program.
Taylor teaches workshops at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and continues to offer traditional darkroom lab services, bookbinding and portfolio cases for other photographers and artists.
