Minnesota Private College Council's Scholars Showcase

From 11 am to 1 pm on Tuesday, February 22, undergraduates from around the state -- including Carleton students Maya Hofmann and Nina Kaushikkar -- will present their research at an online Scholars Showcase. This event, which was known as Scholars at the Capitol when it took place in person, is organized by the Minnesota Private College Council. One goal is to share student research with interested state legislators, so many of the topics connect with the public good. Talks are 15 minutes long in several parallel sessions, with each speaker presenting twice. Check out the Scholars Showcase website for more information, including Zoom links and the schedule of talks, and spend some time on Tuesday sampling some of the student research taking place at private colleges around the state. There's something for everyone!
