Departmental Templates

This is a collection of templates for the use of faculty and staff. Replace any content between [ and ] with what is indicated those brackets and use the web design tool of your choice to alter the area marked [Your Content in this space].

To download, click and hold (or right-click, if on a PC) the link, pick "Save" (or "Save Target As"), and save to your web development area.

Generic

Basic top-level page - Used for your top-level page if none of the following pages match your needs.

Non-Academic

Non-academic department top page - Use for only the top page of your department.
Non-academic department lower page - Use for most pages in your department.

Academic

Academic department top page - Use for only the top page of your department.
Academic department lower page - Use for most pages in your department.

* Most non-academic departments plus some academic departments use www.carleton.edu. The server www.carleton.edu has different capabilities than www.acad.carleton.edu or the other web servers on campus. Check with your computing support specialist and, when in doubt, use the generic version of the pages (as they will work anywhere).
