Student Employment budgets are distributed annually by the Budget Office.
Department budget managers are responsible for tracking budget usage throughout the fiscal year, and requesting changes as needed through the annual allocation process.
Annual Request Timeline:
- Mid-February: instructions and timeline notification via email
- Mid-March: requests due to the Budget Office, following department review and analysis
- Early April: budget allocations announced for the fiscal year starting in July
FY26 Budget Requests (July 2025 – June 2026):
- Budget managers received these instructions via email on February 17, 2025.
- The budget request process closed on March 17.
- Allocations were announced on April 3.
