Student Employment budgets are distributed annually by the Budget Office.

Department budget managers are responsible for tracking budget usage throughout the fiscal year, and requesting changes as needed through the annual allocation process.

Annual Request Timeline:

  • Mid-February: instructions and timeline notification via email to all budget managers
  • Mid-March: requests due to the Budget Office, following department review and analysis
  • Early April: budget allocations announced for the fiscal year starting in July

FY27 Budget Requests (July 2026 – June 2027):

  • Budget managers received these instructions via email on February 20, 2026.
  • The budget request process will close on March 16.
  • Allocations will be announced on or near April 3.
