Student Employment budgets are distributed annually by the Budget Office, following evaluation of departmental budget requests.
Process details and instructions are shared in an annual memo to campus budget managers.
The budget request period for FY23 is now closed:
- February 25: Notification to budget managers; request period begins
- March 21: Due date for all departments
- April 8: Notification of budgets
