In weeks 6-7 we are hosting candidates for our new lab coordinator, who will be involved in planning and teaching labs for Biology 125 and Biology 126 and teaching other courses in the department. The first candidate will give a teaching seminar on Tuesday, 4/30 at noon. Student participation and feedback is much appreciated and attendance counts towards seminar credit!

We will have another session of comps presentations on Wednesday, 5/1 from 3:30-4:10 in Hulings 316. All are encouraged to come support the ’24 comps class and learn about what they learned about on their comps journey! Attendance at a full session counts as seminar credit and cookies will be served.
- 3:30-3:50: Acacia Coker, “Stress-Induced Pathway of Alopecia Areata.”
- 3:50-4:10: Ariel Alexander, “Factors Related to Psoriasis Initiation and Pathology.”
