Broad Summer Research Program (BSRP) – broad.io/bsrp

BSRP offers students an opportunity to conduct intensive research in a collaborative community. Participants spend the summer in Cambridge performing original computational or experimental research in labs across the Broad Institute’s research areas, from cancer to infectious disease to computational biology. In addition, the program provides a stipend and features a rich curriculum that emphasizes career development, personal development, and teamwork.
Who should apply: first-years, sophomores, juniors, and other undergrad students graduating after Fall 2022. We look for applicants with a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM.

Postbac program
Broad Biomedical Post-baccalaureate Scholars Program (BBPS) – broad.io/bbps

The BBPS program is a two-year program run by the Broad Diversity, Education and Outreach office. BBPS offers participants a comprehensive, structured, and immersive experience that includes groundbreaking research and career guidance. BBPS participants will carry out research as salaried, full-time Associate Computational Biologists or Research Associates, working alongside leading scientists within the Broad Institute.

Who should apply: graduating seniors and recent grads. We look for applicants with a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM.

Deadline: January 24th, 2022; apply by December 15th for early consideration.
