The goal of the Paglia Post-Bac Research Fellowship is to enable graduating seniors with a strong interest in a career in scientific research to experience working life in a lab/research group at a U.S. Research One (R1) institution.
Graduating seniors with a major in a discipline represented on Carleton’s STEM board are eligible to apply. Potential applicants should consult first with an advisor/faculty member in the discipline in which they hope to pursue post-bac research to identify a potential R1 professor/PI.
