Summer Undergraduate Research at Gerstner Sloan Kettering
29 October 2018Students interested in biomedically related sciences are encouraged to apply for the Summer Undergraduate Research Program. Starting the first Monday in June, students in the program will have the opportunity to obtain hands-on research experience and work with faculty to present their research at the end of the program. Sanford Program for Undergraduate Research
24 October 2018Sanford Research offers the SPUR program and the NSF REU Site in Cellular and Molecular Biology, which provide opportunities for undergraduate students interested in research careers to participate in laboratory research. In addition to obtaining research experience in state-of-the-art facilities, participants attend weekly career and professional development workshops, as well as build their presentation and communication skills through scientific presentations. Students benefit from the collegial and interactive research environment and enjoy the social community in Sioux Falls, a small city with an abundance of dining, shopping, sporting events, and entertainment.

Summer Research at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard
3 October 2018The Summer Research Program in Genomics (SRPG), funded by the National Human Genome Research Institute, is designed for underrepresented minority undergraduate students with an interest in the physical, biological, or computer sciences, engineering, or mathematics and a commitment to research. Students will spend 9 weeks of the summer in a laboratory at the Broad Institute, where they will perform original scientific research.
