The NDSU CHANGE program provides mentored research experiences to recent college graduates. Participants in the CHANGE network join a cohort of trainees in a robust training environment that provides professional development and mentorship from a diverse network of biologists from Universities, federal government, industry, and nonprofits. Participants will join a cohort of recently graduated students and will be immersed in hands-on research during our year-long program. Students earn $32,500, with an additional $4,000 to cover health care expenses. Tareen Dermatology is looking for exceptional Pre-Med and Pre-PA students who are taking 1-2 gap years prior to medical school/PA school to work as a clinical assistant. The Chemistry Department at Carthage College in Wisconsin is seeking a research assistant to work in the NSF-funded research program.In this technician position, you will be required to provide research assistance, including molecular biology, protein purification, and work with plants including tobacco, as well as basic lab tasks for research related to the NSF grant. A successful research assistant may move on to additional roles that include scientific writing and independent project planning.

The Sundquist Lab at the University of Utah invites applicants for a laboratory technician position to support a variety of projects focused on the cellular, molecular and structural biology of retroviruses, particularly HIV, and the roles of the ESCRT pathway in cell division and protection against DNA damage. Major projects in our lab include studies of: 1) HIV capsid structure and function, 2) HIV assembly and budding, 3) ESCRT pathway functions in cell division and its regulation. Pay: $17/Hour

The Yi Lab is currently seeking a motivated Research Assistant who has recently graduated with a degree in Biology, Data Science, or related fields. Our research investigates molecular and cellular mechanisms of epidermal and hair follicle stem cells throughout development, homeostasis, regeneration, aging, and in pathological states such as wound repair and hair loss.
