Friday and Saturday, November 8 and 9, the Semaphore Fall Dance Concert presents work by Faculty, members of the Semaphore Repertory Dance company and guest artists. Semaphore will perform a new piece by dance faculty member Jane Shockley with guest Ray Hayward, a piece by Shapiro and Smith Dance and work by students Kelly Banker, Torre Edahl and Annie Flynn. Judith Howard (dance faculty) will present a piece with guest dancers Nic Lincoln and Erin Thompson.
Sunday November 10, the Zorongo Flamenco company presents SOL Y LUNA, an evening of traditional Spanish dance and music. The company is comprised of an ensemble of international artists, dancers and musicians who are renowned for bringing the power, passion and virtuosity of the art of flamenco to American audiences.
