One of the most beloved traditions of the Annual Off-Campus Studies Photo Exhibit is the opportunity for students to enter a contest for best OCS photo of the year. Students, faculty, and staff are able to vote for their favorite photos on the OCS Photo Contest page. The photos submitted to the OCS Photo Exhibit are usually candid shots of people and new landscapes. Some photos are artistically designed, while others are more casual and goofy, but all of the photos represent the beauty of stepping out of your comfort zone and into a new world.
The OCS website maintains a digital gallery of all past finalists and winning photo submissions dating back to 2006. Hundreds of photos are featured in the gallery, and scores of photos will be on display in the Gould Library from now until August 31, 2015.
