 Carleton is proud to present Bamako Foli's first-ever concert performance in the U.S.! Bamako Foli is a world-class ensemble for djembe music and dance from the Malian capital.  The ensemble will feature eminent lead djembe drummer Drissa Kone, dundun specialist Madu Jakite, singer and dancer Oumou Mariko, and Benedict Distinguished Visiting Professor, Rainer Polak, who will accompany the Malian masters.
