The body is what allows us to perform miraculous feats of human activity: eating, breathing, laughing, crying, speaking, and most importantly, sleeping. But what happens when our own bodies are foreign to us?
The work I produced for my senior project examines the relationship between my self and my body, and how these concepts which are so often conflated can exist in entirely independent spheres to construct the image of me.
