Hyslop-Warnholtz funds are available to help support majors who wish to study art or art history or participate in workshops during summer or winter breaks, or to help fund non-paying summer internships.
Previous majors have used these funds for study at the Yale Summer School of Art, the Anderson Ranch in Aspen, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and to finance study abroad. Apply to the Chair. A short written thank you to the families of the donors is required upon completion of the project/trip. Students may be awarded one grant per academic year
Everett funds are allocated to senior studio majors to help them buy materials for their art.
Jepson award funds provide an annual cash award to three outstanding junior majors in studio art.
The Ray Jacobson Memorial Fund
The Ray Jacobson Memorial fund, established in 2012, makes small amounts available to studio art majors who may need financial assistance with materials for classes. Students should contact a studio art faculty member to request financial assistance.
