What Jane Saw, created by Janine Barchas, University of Texas-Austin, recreates the one-man retrospective of Joshua Reynolds that Jane Austen visited at the British Institution in Pall Mall, London in 1813.
The Armory Show reconstruction was created from historic photographs by the Art Institute of Chicago. These sites mark important anniversaries for these blockbuster exhibitions.

Kelly Connole, Associate Professor of Art, currently has artwork on display in a solo exhibition at the Gallery Saint Germain in Saint Cloud. The exhibition, made possible by the McKnight Foundation, was reviewed by the Saint Cloud Times on September 20. The show closes on October 1 with a demonstration and artist’s talk at the Paramount Theater and Visual Arts Center.
