Alison, who is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Historians of Netherlandish Art, a refereed, open access e-journal (jhna.org) has just published the Summer 2012 issue. It includes articles on Pieter Bruegel, the working process of a sixteenth-century Dutch and Flemish artists, and the German printmaker Sebald Beham.
