My interest lies in how we relate to the natural environment; and how we perceive, understand, and make allegiances to the places in which we choose to live. I work in both 2D and 3D media to make works on paper and sculptural installations. Connectivity as a concept is integrated throughout my work in both process and outcome. The acts — accumulation, grouping, and layering — serve to assemble and arrange separate elements in a cohesive manner.

In Trail, the piece included in SEE, I experiment with how the repetition of a simple graphite line can change the gallery space and generate dynamic relationships.
