Art Speaks: Landscapes and Nature artist conversation with Dan Bruggeman

Sat, April 30, 2022 • 11:00am - 12:00pm (1h) • Minnesota History Center 345 W. Kellogg Blvd. St. Paul, MN 55102

The landscape of Minnesota is a powerful force. Artists inspired by the landscape can share so many stories about where we are as well as where we’ve been. Though landscapes change over time, landscapes within artwork do not and reflect a specific time and place.

Join Brian Szott, Manager of Curatorial Affairs, in a conversation with artists Dan Bruggeman and Holly Swift. What do the landscape pieces in the Art Speaks exhibit tell us about Minnesota? What stories can we find within these pieces?
