Discover Carleton's Past: Join Us for an Archaeological Preview!

Learn about the fascinating history of Carleton College through the lens of archaeology! Students from Carleton's Archaeology Methods and Labs course will be sharing their latest discoveries from the excavation of the Women's League Cabin in the Cowling Arboretum, as a preview to this year's Carleton College's Community Archeology Day, November 19th; 2 - 4 pm.

Event Highlights:

  • Preview of recent finds: Get a sneak peek at artifacts and other items unearthed from the excavation site.
  • Overview of Seccombe Hall research: Revisit the findings from last year's Community Archaeology Day.
