Departments, offices, or work groups are being asked to address the following questions in follow-up conversations:
• What strengths/opportunities exist for our dept/unit to address racism and be actively antiracist? How can we build on these strengths and manifest these opportunities?
• What can our dept/unit learn from other depts/units? What can our dept/unit teach other depts/units? How can we partner with other depts/units across Carleton College?
• What barriers might get in the way of this work for us? How can we think strategically, in order to avoid or navigate these barriers?
