To be eligible to work reunion, you must be a current student enrolled in classes or on a spring term OCS program.

Class Host and Shuttle Coordinators: We will have student coordinators who will be leading different teams during Reunion weekend. Position Coordinators will work in the Alumni Relations Office, one to three terms during the year helping to prepare for Reunion and learn more about their area. They function as a team leader during the Reunion weekend.  Preference is given to those who have worked Reunion before, but is not required.

Check In Coordinator: As a check-in coordinator, you will prep materials June 9-16 to be used at the check-in for Reunion. During Reunion weekend you will welcome Reunion attendees to campus in the Daugherty atrium of Anderson Hall and get them checked-in. This includes printing name tags, providing lanyards, dorm room keys, and schedule booklets, and answering questions as needed. There will be 3-4 Check-in Coordinators and they will report directly to a member of our Alumni Relations Staff.

Class Host: Two to four class hosts are placed with each class. These hosts help the classes with checking in to their class lounge and settling into rooms.  They also work with the classes to keep them on their reunion schedule as much as possible.  The class host reports to a Class Host Coordinator who is the first point of contact for questions regarding supplies, schedules, and rooms.

Camp Counselor: This program has an established schedule of activities. The camp is open to children of Alumni ages 5-14 and offers games, crafts, and a nature center field trip. You will assist the Camp Coordinator in facilitating these activities throughout the weekend as assigned.

Reunion Assistant: As a Reunion Assistant, you have the very important role of supporting weekend events, ensuring they run according to plan. Tasks may include supply delivery, event clean up and serving as a resource for Alumni and guests. Reunion Assistants report to the Reunion Coordinators and are the main “go-to” staff for the Alumni Relations Office.

Shuttle Driving: As a shuttle driver, the bulk of your work will be driving alumni around campus, as well as delivering supplies as needed. There are also off campus trips scheduled to town.  Shuttle Drivers report the the Shuttle Coordinators to receive planned and spontaneous routes.
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and be an authorized student driver. Interested in becoming an authorized student driver? Get started here!

Photography:  You’ll be responsible for snapping candid shots throughout the weekend.  There will be specific assignments, as well as times where the photographers will be on their own to document the unexpected memories throughout the weekend.  Having your own equipment is helpful, but not required.  You will receive some very basic training on editing and uploading work, and will report to our lead professional photographer. Applicants will be asked for a portfolio of work for hiring staff to review.

Campus Security Assistant:  This position will follow along with Campus Security helping with room lock outs and other safety needs. This position may be asked to work into the early morning hours (2am or so).
