You may be wondering… what is Reunion?
Reunion is Carleton’s largest yearly alumni gathering! Every summer we host over 2000 alumni and guests on campus to celebrate. From their 5th to the 75th year out of Carleton alumni, friends, and family come to Northfield for a unique gathering with music, food, guest lectures, and a chance to catch up with classmates.
Okay… that sounds cool! Where do I fit in?
Students are one of the most important pieces in having a successful Reunion! While the staff in the Alumni Relations Office have been working all year to plan events; student workers help in every stage: from staffing events, setting up rooms, helping alumni, and even participating in student panels. One of the best parts about this weekend celebration are the connections- not only the ones rekindled by alumni who haven’t seen each other (sometimes for over 50 years!) but also the ones that you as a student worker can make with Carls.
That sounds really interesting! I would like to know more…
