Anne (Schultz) Hulke ’70

Anne Muir Hulke (Anne Schultz) passed away on April 16, 2018 in Oklahoma City. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Howard and Patricia Hubble Schultz, and sister, Patricia Schultz. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Steven Hulke; daughter, Sarah (Syed Hussain Arif Zaidi); and many other loving family members and friends.  She was a very thoughtful, loving, and resilient woman who fought bravely through health issues and lived every day to the fullest. She was an accomplished academic and was an inspiration to her daughter as well as to many others. She was valedictorian of Larkin High School’s class of 1966 and went on to become a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Carleton College.

As a descendant of John Muir, she loved being outdoors and visiting the country’s national parks and sites. Funeral services were held Friday, April 27th at ST CLEMENT’S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 901 Portland Ave., St Paul.
