James Hodgson, MD, son of the late Frank Hodgson and Emma (Kairnes) Hodgson, was born September 1, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri and departed this life on September 10, 2017 at the age of 72 years. James married Neysa Paige on December 28, 1970 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Three brothers: Ted Hodgson, Bill Hodgson and Dick Hodgson all of Kansas City, Missouri

James was of Kennett, Missouri and passed away at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Graveside services will be 9:00 AM Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Missy Rose officiating. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri.
McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
