“Santelli, Michael Arthur – Michael Arthur Santelli, 62, of Pearl St. Lyons, died Wed., Aug. 19, 2009 at Rochester General Hospital. Mike was born in Lyons, May 7, 1947, son of Dr. Arthur & Helene Santelli. He attended Lyons schools & he and his brother Paul operated Trombino’s Restaurant in Lyons for 28 years. Mike served as President of Wayne Hills Country Club, and was also a board member. He served on the Village Planning Board, on Village Tree Committee and on the Ad Hock Committee for a train station in Lyons. He was a member of the Bucaroo Club, Elks Club #869, and member of Lyons Chamber of Commerce and heavily involved in the Main St. Program. Mike loved Lyons and talking to people was a way of life for him. Friends may call Sun., August 23 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at the Boeheim-Pusateri Funeral Home, 77 William St., Lyons. Funeral Services Monday, August 24, 10:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Broad St., Lyons. Burial South Lyons Cemetery. Predeceased by his father Dr. Arthur Santelli in November 1995. Survived by his mother Helene J.; sister Mary (Frank) Perry of Rockville, MD; 5 brothers, John (Jennifer) of NYC, Robert (Francoise) of Irvine, CA, Paul of Lyons, Alfred of Rochester, Frank (Suzanne) of Ithaca; nieces, nephews, cousins, &many friends.
