About the Speaker

Art Rodriguez ’96 is Carleton’s Vice President and Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid.  After graduating from Carleton with a degree in environmental geochemistry, he served as the College’s director of multicultural affairs and of the pre-freshman math and science program. He earned a master’s degree in education in administration, planning, and social policy from Harvard University in 2000 and led the admissions programs at Pomona and Vassar Colleges until his return to Carleton in 2019.
