Reunion registration opens April 20. This issue of Migrations is your special preview of Class of ’71-related events during Reunion Week, June 13-19. To help with your registration, please consult our visual calendar below and click for Zoom times and program details.
Why register early for a free, virtual reunion? Because:
1. We can plan better for how to manage the virtual programs if we know how many participants to expect.
2. You’ll receive a link to the online master Reunion Schedule and auto-reminders about the events you plan to attend.
3. Two Class of ’71 Oral History group discussions will be conducted online, Thursday, June 3 (3:00-4:00 and 4:15-5:15). Participation is limited to 15 participants each, so you’ll want to sign up early. Moderated by Carleton Archives staff members, the conversations will record for posterity our impressions as students at Carleton: classes, classmates, campus life and the climate of the times.
4. We want to have enough beer. -
“What Carleton taught me was, when you have the economic resources, you are able to supply your community with things they need to be successful. And I only was able to obtain that, up to that point, at Carleton… All these people pouring all their love and energy into me so I can be successful.”
