Learn More: Virtual Offerings
Here are our virtual offerings designed to introduce you to Carleton. Sign up here once you decide what most interests you!
Online Student Information Sessions and Q&A (~1 hour)
These Zoom sessions offer an introduction to Carleton’s academic programs, student life, and admissions process. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, hear what other prospective students are curious about, and get the perspectives of both an Admissions staff member, as well as a current student.
Live Virtual Tour
Join current students to see the places that make Carleton a community, not just a college. Sharing photos and stories, your tour guides will show you around and help you learn how campus and college resources contribute to the student experience. You’ll cover more ground than you thought possible in an hour! See you there! (Note, we recommend attending an online student information session and Q&A prior to the live virtual tour.)
Virtual Tour
Explore campus from your computer or mobile device through our newly launched virtual tour. See some of our favorite campus spots and watch videos showcasing Carleton traditions to help determine whether this might be the place for you.
Webinar Wednesday Panel Presentations (~1 hour)
These sessions will focus on particular topics in greater depth than is possible in an information session. Whether you want to meet professors, hear about post-grad career opportunities, or learn about something else entirely, we intend these to offer more detail on specific resources at Carleton.

Six Colleges
We understand that your college search this year is not what you expected. Honestly, it’s not what we expected either. Therefore, Carleton, Amherst, Bowdoin, Pomona, Swarthmore, and Williams are collaborating to host a series of virtual events so that students, families, and counselors can get updates all in one place. All events will take place at 6PM Central unless otherwise specified.

Prospective Students Live
These are a more casual chance to learn about Carleton than our information sessions. Held every other Friday via Zoom, they put current students front and center. You’ll hear current Carls share their stories and perspectives and have plenty of time to ask questions. By the end you’ll hopefully emerge with a better understanding of what makes the Carleton community.
Online Interviews (~45 minutes)
Interviews are now closed: We have reached our capacity to host interviews for first year applicants. Don’t worry if you didn’t get a chance to interview — they are optional in our process and not needed for us to evaluate applications. If you are a transfer applicant, interviews will become available in mid-March.
