Hello world,

I can’t believe there’s only three weeks left of Winter Term. Classes have been incredibly busy. I recently finished a group project, with another project underway and a third project on the horizon. I’m excited for this weekend, though, as I’ll be celebrating Lunar New Year with one of my professors and some friends. Plus, my mom is visiting this weekend, and I’ll be performing with student band 55057 at ASIA‘s Lunar New Year event. I’m hitting the gym again, too, improving my boxing and working on my hand speed.

This term has been incredibly different from the rest of my time at Carleton, in regards to both my social circles and classes. It’s a rollercoaster, and I’m anxious to leave winter behind. At the same time, two of my close friends are also leaving Carleton after this term. I wish I could freeze time.

‘Till next week,
Eve

To the (initial) dismay of her parents, Eve is an aspiring fashion creative seeking to break the starving artist stereotype. When she isn’t drinking coffee at Sayles, the Minnesotan gal can be found wandering the Weitz, browsing memes at the Libe, or reinventing old recipes at Dacie Moses. On campus, she is involved in Firebellies, Karl-Pop, CSA, and Carleton Art Society, among other cool student organizations.
